Pioneer Hills Marine is expanding their operations and is seeking to fill numerous roles in order to continue our success in the marine industry. Service Technicians - Service Technician candidates must have OEM engine certifications in outboard or stern drive applications. The job responsibilities will include repair and installation of all mechanical boat systems including but not limited to engines and hydraulics. The position has a very competitive compensation program. Service Assistants – Must be knowledgeable with basic mechanics and assist in the assembly of boats, hoists and delivery of such items to customer’s homes. Boat Detail Personnel – Clean new and used boats and act as final inspection point before delivery to customer. Facility repair & upkeep - part time position to help in the care and appearance of dealership. Sales Associates - We are looking for enthusiastic team players and highly motivated self starter for this part time position in boat sales & parts. Available to work weekends is a must. Previous marine sales experience is a plus, but not required.
